Hello, I am Teia Jackson, born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Over the past six years, I have progressed from an infant teacher to an early preschool teacher, then to a preschool teacher, and now I serve as the assistant director. I graduated from Bowsher High School in 2017. My favorite foods include the bread from Texas Roadhouse and the ice from Chick-fil-A. On weekends, I cherish spending time with my family. One of my favorite books to read to the children is "I Love You to the Moon and Back." I am especially excited about planning fun events for the kids this year and watching them develop throughout our program.

Hey everyone my name is La'Kesha Brown, I like to be called Ms.Kesha. I have been in child care for over fifteen years. I have worked all age groups and with disabled children. Also I have worked in Head start, summer camps and volunteer work. Now I am currently the Lead Infant Teacher for Dynasty Child Care. I have been with Dynasty since March 2026, and it has been a pleasure. Hoping for many more years to come. I love to read books and listen to music in my leisure time. I also enjoy a good meal with friends and family.

​Hi! I’m Ms. Shunquez, and I’m excited to be a part of the Dynasty Child Care family! I have been working with children since I was 18, and I truly enjoy watching them learn, grow, and become more independent. I am currently pursuing my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education to continue growing as an educator. One of my favorite parts of teaching is watching children take the things I’ve taught them and begin applying those skills on their own. My goal is to make sure every child in my care feels loved, cared for, and supported. Outside of the classroom, I’m a proud wife and mom who enjoys reading, binge-watching my favorite shows, and spending time with my pets. I look forward to getting to know each of our Dynasty scholars and their families!

Hi! I’m Ms. Nae, and I’m excited to be a part of the Dynasty Child Care family as part of the Kitchen and Float Team! I’m a proud mom, college student currently pursuing my Social Work degree, and I have more than 13 years of experience working with children. I’ve loved caring for children since I was young, and that passion has continued to grow throughout my life. At Dynasty, I take pride in preparing great meals for our children while keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and welcoming. I believe mealtimes should be healthy, enjoyable, and something our little ones can look forward to! I also love having opportunities to work directly with the children, encourage them, build their confidence, and create fun, positive experiences. Most importantly, I want every child at Dynasty to feel safe, confident, loved, and valued. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and friends, shopping, and reading. I have a big heart for helping others, and I’m looking forward to getting to know all of our Dynasty children and families!

Hello, I'm Mr. Meech, recently voted best teacher by the kids! Originally from Buffalo, New York, I now call Toledo, Ohio home. Childcare has been a significant part of my life since my youth. I hold a high school diploma and two degrees, and I'm currently embarking on a doctorate program in Physical Therapy. My favorite foods are sushi and Twizzlers, but I'm not a fan of ketchup. On weekends, you'll find me engaged in sports-related activities, particularly football. My top pick for a children's book is "NO, DAVID, NO!" This year, I'm thrilled to continue my journey toward earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Hi! I’m Ms. Karen, and I’m excited to be a part of the Dynasty Child Care family! I am a wife, a mom to one daughter, and a proud grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren. I have an Associate Degree in Business Administration, along with several early childhood training certificates completed through Michigan’s Insight E-Learning and Ohio’s OCCRRA. I have always loved being around children, and coming from a large family helped inspire my passion for working with them. My favorite part of teaching is watching a child learn something new and seeing the excitement on their face! I believe our children are the future, and I’m proud to play a role in their early learning years. Most importantly, I want every child in my care to feel loved, safe, and like family. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, bike riding, camping, trying different foods, and spending time with my family and friends. A fun fact about me is that I drove a race car at Michigan International Speedway against 4 men and beat them during a 12 lap race!  To my Dynasty families, thank you for trusting me with your little ones. I grew up in the Maumee area and attended Penta, where I studied Early Childhood Education and continued building on my lifelong passion for working with children. I have my CDA and am trained in First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Recognition, and Communicable Disease Prevention. I love watching children’s minds grow and seeing them take something we’ve practiced together and begin doing it independently. To me, every new skill is another step toward a brighter future! My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels safe, comfortable, and happy while learning, playing, and being themselves. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors with family and friends, crocheting, and all things games and stories. I’m grateful to be part of the Dynasty team and look forward to learning and growing right alongside our little scholars!

My name is Ramon Lianez, and I bring a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and care into everything I do. My background spans food service, education, healthcare, military service, and ministry, all rooted in a desire to honor God by serving families and children with excellence, integrity, and compassion—and with genuine joy. I was taught to cook at an early age, which instilled values of discipline, hard work, and serving others well. I have served in leadership roles such as Executive Chef, Chef Manager, and Chef Instructor, and I am Classically French Trained with a current ServSafe Manager Certification, reflecting my commitment to safety, cleanliness, and responsible care, especially when working with children.  I truly find joy in serving children and supporting families. Serving in this way is both my calling and my privilege.

Hello! My name is Elana Rivers, and I grew up in Toledo, Ohio. I graduated from Bowsher high school in 2024, and I am currently attending Owens Community College to receive my dental assisting certificate and to further pursue my dental career. I plan to one day be a child dental hygienist, and working at Dynasty gives me such a great learning experience and practice to prepare for child behaviors in the dental office. Mine and the kids favorite read would be “Peeny Butter Fudge” by Toni and Slade Morrison. In my free time I enjoy reading, and writing my own stories, skating and drawing.

Hi! I’m Ms. Shy, and I’m so excited to be a part of the Dynasty Child Care family! I’m originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, and I have been working in child care for 17 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children with autism and serve as a Program Director for before- and after-school programs. I am also a certified CPR instructor, a certified yoga instructor, and I’m currently completing my Bachelor’s degree. My favorite part of teaching is getting to know each child’s unique personality and watching them learn and grow. My goal is to create an environment where every child feels loved, respected, wanted, peaceful, and like family. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, reading, cooking, baking, teaching yoga, visiting art museums, and candle shopping. A fun fact about me is that I also play the acoustic guitar! I look forward to getting to know all of our Dynasty scholars and families while continuing to learn and grow as an educator.
